Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cf444 ("cf444", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the cf444 website, mobile interface, and all services, games, and features available at https://cf444.club (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of cf444 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account access credentials. Never share your login details with any third party.
• cf444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to cf444 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify cf444 support immediately and change your password.
• Account verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• cf444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including accounts associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.

Players are encouraged to enable any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features within their cf444 account settings to further protect account access. cf444 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to adequately secure their own account credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

cf444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the cf444 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cf444 may apply responsible gaming deposit caps at the player's request or at cf444's discretion.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. cf444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

cf444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges, over which cf444 has no control and for which cf444 accepts no liability.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

cf444 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins promotions, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household address, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.

Players found to have abused the bonus system will have bonus winnings voided and may have their account permanently suspended.

Responsible Gaming

cf444 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively cooperates with law enforcement and financial regulators where evidence of prohibited activities is identified. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all funds held in their accounts at the time of discovery, including both deposited funds and any accumulated winnings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cf444 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of cf444 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the cf444 Platform's content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cf444. Unauthorised use of cf444's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cf444, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

cf444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. cf444 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses incurred during unavailability periods.

Privacy and Data Protection

cf444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cf444 uses your data to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

cf444 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

cf444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. cf444 will provide details of available ADR mechanisms upon request. Nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
